Export & Report Options for Sales Data

With Acres, you can export a select amount of sales data in a few different ways

There are a variety of reports available to you. To run a report, click on Export in your left-hand Selections Panel. To access the reports you’ve run, go to your Reports Center at the bottom of your left-hand Menu Panel.

Reports (PDF)

  • Property Report - Requires a "subject property" (parcel boundary) to be selected and will include insights of that property. It also has the option to include Comparable Sales (with or without a detail page for each comp) if sold land is selected.
  • Market Report - Provides a quick comps report (the same as the Comparable Sales piece as the Property Report) based on selected sales. No subject property required.

Downloads (Excel File)

  • CSV - You can download up to 30 selections to a CSV file. For parcel boundaries, you will get information such as the owner name and address, total acres, previous sale data (if available), soil and crop information (if available), the parcel ID number, lat & long, and a link.
