Sometimes, your lead lists might come up short in certain states or areas. Think of it like a "Do Not Call" list, but for mail.

Lead lists may be limited in some areas due to two main reasons:

  1. Consumer Opt-Outs: Individuals can register with DMAchoice to stop receiving junk mail. If many people in an area opt out, we cannot legally provide their names, reducing lead availability.
  2. State Laws: Strict state laws prohibit the distribution of individual names and addresses for the purposes of solicitation . Currently, data is typically unavailable in the following states:
    1. Kansas (KS)
    2. Idaho (ID)
    3. Montana (MT)
    4. South Carolina (SC)
