Steps:
- Click Layers to open the Layers tab (on the left hand side of the screen).
- From the Layers Menu, find your layer in the list of layers.
- Next to the "Public" or "Private" Tag on the layer, you will see a clock symbol if the Layer has been updated. The timestamp next to the clock is when the layers data was last updated
