If you forgot your password:
- On the login screen for either our desktop website and mobile app, select the Forgot Password link below the password field.
- On the following screen, enter your acres account email address and then select Send Verification Code.
- Acres will send you an email with a verification code. Keep this tab or the Acres app open as you navigate to your email inbox.
- Once you have located the code in your inbox, enter it into the Verification Code field and select Submit Code.
- Enter your new password and select confirm.
