Reset Your Password

Learn how to change your password, even if you forgot it!

Acres Desktop (Web)

  1. Go to https://www.acres.com/reset-password
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Verification Code
  3. Open your email to retrieve the verification code (Subject: Recover access to your account).
  4. Return to the Reset Password web page and type the Verification Code then click Submit Code.
  5. This should log you in and bring you to your Profile page.
  6. From here you can Edit Password.


Acres Mobile App

  1. Close the app fully* and open it back up.
  2. From the sign in page, enter your email address as you did before. Tap Next.
  3. When the Password line pops up, tap Forgot Password, as you did before.
  4. Enter your email address again and tap Send Verification Code. Stay on this page in the app while you open your email.
  5. Open your email to retrieve the verification code (Subject: Recover access to your account).
  6. Go back to the app and type the code in the line where it says Verification Code. Tap Submit Code.
  7. It will bring up a page called Change Password. Enter a new password and confirm your password. Tap Change Password.
  8. This will bring you back to the welcome page, where you can enter your email address and continue the log in process.
