Create a Sales Report for Your Comps

Learn how to export sales data into a quick market analysis report as a PDF.

You can easily export sales data from Acres in a Sales Report as a PDF. This report does not include a subject property and instead highlights sales data within a market area. Run a Property Report for property analysis with the option to include comparable sales.

Steps

  1. Open the Sold Land layer.
  2. Filter for sales data based on your needs.
  3. Add sales to your right-side selections panel (learn more with the article Save Comparable Sales Data). You may consider saving this map for future use. 
  4. Once you have added the sales you would like to include in the report, click the blue Export button at the top of your selections panel.
  5. Find Sales Report and click.
  6. Add your branding (logo and/or company name) if desired. Branding assets will save to future reports.
  7. Choose to include or exclude Soil Data.
  8. Choose to include or exclude Sale Detail Pages.
    1. This adds a full page for each comparable sale added, including a map view and sales details.
  9. Click Generate PDF Report. 
  10. To access the reports you’ve run, go to your Reports Center at the bottom of your left-hand navigation menu. Reports will also either be emailed to you when complete or downloaded to your computer automatically. Learn more: Access Your Reports
