On July 18th, you’ll notice changes to our paid subscription plans.As Acres grows, we're refining our offerings to better meet the needs of our customers. We’re excited to present you with a significantly improved experience tailored to feedback from subscribers like you.
What's Changing?
Acres will no longer be offering Premium. Instead, we made something better!
Introducing the Pro Plan
We’ve received feedback from numerous land professionals, who want a more flexible plan with access to the most recent and relevant sales data available, along with a complete suite of tools for valuing and marketing land.
So we built it.
Pro will allow you to access top professional features on either an annual or monthly basis with self-serve checkout. Pro will be available for $124.99/mo. or $94.99/mo. when you choose an annual plan. This includes everything in your current Premium plan, plus:
- Pro access on the mobile app
- Curated Sales Database
- Your own private sales database
- Ability to add sales data to property reports
- Comparative market analysis reports
- Export sales data to CSV
- Duplicate custom maps
- Additional parcel details
- Power Lines
- Timber Site Index
- Export KML shape files
Next Steps for Premium Annual Subscribers
If you are an existing Premium subscriber and these updates suit your needs, then no further action is required!
As an existing annual Premium member, you’ll be given access to Pro for the remainder of your subscription, at no additional cost, beginning July 18th.
Your annual subscription will auto-renew for the new Pro annual rate at the beginning of your next billing period.
Next Steps for Premium Monthly Subscribers
On July 18th, you’ll be given access to Pro at your current monthly rate through the following billing period. Your monthly subscription will auto-renew at the Pro monthly rate with advance notice at the beginning of the next billing period.
Just Need Ownership Data?
If your needs are a little different, consider Acres+.
Acres+ is perfect for looking up ownership information and will now include access across BOTH desktop and the mobile app. This will also become fully available on July 18th should you choose this lower priced offering.
This plan is perfect for landowners, recreational use, and those curious about land ownership. Acres+ starts at $7.49/mo. when you choose an annual plan. Monthly plans are $9.99/mo.
Note: Property tax along with search by owner name and owner address will no longer be available with Acres+.
