Restore Your Subscription Purchase in the Mobile App
Restore access to your Acres subscription purchased via iOS or Android.
Sometimes purchase restoration is needed on the Acres mobile app due to the transaction being associated with an Apple ID or Google Play Account that is not identical to the email address you desire to sign in with. If you have an active subscription verified with iOS or Google Play, you can follow these instructions to restore your purchase.
Note: If you’ve completed your subscription via our website, please contact support directly to assist you in getting back into your account.
- Open mobile app and sign in
- Tap profile icon in bottom right corner of your screen
- Tap “Subscription Help”
- Select “Restore Past Purchases”
