Restore access to your Acres subscription purchased via iOS or Android.
Sometimes purchase restoration is needed on the Acres mobile app due to the transaction being associated with an Apple ID or Google Play Account that is not identical to the email address you desire to sign in with. If you have an active subscription verified with iOS or Google Play, you can follow these instructions to restore your purchase.
- Log in with the desired email address that you would like to restore the purchase to.
- Tap the account profile icon in the lower right corner.
- Tap the blue upgrade button.
- Scroll down and then Tap "Restore Purchase".
