Turn on 3D Map View:
On Desktop — Click on the 3D button on the left hand side of the screen.
On Mobile — Tap the 3D button on the right hand side of the screen.
Adjust the 3D contrast by sliding the toggle up or down.
Turn on 3D Building View:
On Desktop — Click on Base Maps on the left hand main menu then toggle on 3D Buildings.
On Mobile — Tap the Settings icon on the top right then toggle on 3D Buildings.
