How do I generate a report?

Learn how to generate and customize a PDF report for selected parcels or saved land.

With Acres, you can generate a professionally designed PDF report for selected parcels in seconds.

Note: If you are using a free basic plan, you are limited to 10 reports. To remove the cap, upgrade to a Premium plan or higher.

Generate a Report for Saved Land

If you already saved your selection, navigate to the Saved Land dashboard. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the saved land you would like to generate a report for, then click Generate Report.

Select the insights you would like to include in the report and click continue.

If you have a Premium or Enterprise plan, you can white-label your report by uploading your company logo and entering your company name.

Once you complete the above steps, click Generate Report. When your report is ready, an email will be sent to your account’s email address with the attached PDF.

Generate a Report for Selected Parcels

Select a parcel or parcels on the plat map. In the Selections Panel, click the three-dot menu, then select Generate Report. Then, follow the same steps as above.

Note: Generating a report from the plat map requires you to name and save your selection. If you have a free basic plan, this will count toward your saved parcel limit.
