How do I generate a report?

With Acres, you can generate a professionally designed PDF report for selected parcels in seconds.

Generate a Report for Saved Map

1. Click on the Saved Maps push-pin icon on the left navigation bar.
2. Select the desired saved map by searching or scrolling from the list.
3. Click the overflow menu. 
4. Click Generate Report from the drop down menu.
5. Select your desired report data using the checkboxes and then click Continue.
6. Upload your logo and enter a company name if applicable and then click Generate PDF Report.
7. Your report will be sent to your email inbox in a few minutes when it is ready, and it will be available when viewing your saved maps and clicking the overflow menu and clicking Files.

Generate a Report for Selected Parcels

1. Select a parcel or parcels on the plat map.
2. Click Create Report on the right of the top navigation bar
3. Select your desired report data using the checkboxes and then click Continue.
   1. You can check Save Map to add your current selection to your saved maps
4. Upload your logo and enter a company name if applicable and then click Generate PDF Report.
5. Your report will be sent to your email inbox in a few minutes when it is ready.
