Flood and Wetlands

Discover areas that may be at risk for flooding and view wetlands.

Flood data can be viewed within the Insights Panel for any selected boundaries, within our customizable Property Report, or on the Property Summary for a single parcel.

To view within the Insights panel, follow these steps:

  1. Center the map over your desired area.
  2. On the left navigation bar click Insights > Flood.
    1. A new panel will appear showing filters and a map legend for the different flood risk zones. The corresponding zones will be overlaid onto the current viewing area on the map.
    2. You can filter selected zones to get specific areas highlighted on the map.

Quick Shortcut: Click the Insights icon on the bottom left of the screen to quickly toggle on the Flood Insight Overlay.

  • On our Property Summary for individual parcels 

 

Tip: You can show/hide the FEMA Flood Map Panel information (numbers and effective dates) by clicking the eye icon. See above.
