How do I change or cancel my subscription?

How to manage your Acres trial or subscription.

Acres Desktop (Web)

  • Go directly to your subscription settings by clicking here, or click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of your screen, then select Subscription.

  • Click the Manage Subscription button.

  • To change your plan, select Update plan. To cancel select Cancel plan.

Acres Mobile (iOS & Android)

Our Mobile app gives you the convenience of managing your subscription directly from your device's subscription settings.

Note: Apple does not allow developers to manage subscriptions on the behalf of users so our support team cannot assist with subscriptions on iOS. 

Acres Enterprise cannot be cancelled via self-service options. Please reach out to your Acres Customer Success representative or point of contact regarding non-renewal or cancellation for Acres Enterprise.
