Change or Cancel Your Subscription
How to manage your Acres trial or subscription.
Acres Mobile (iOS & Android)
Our Mobile app gives you the convenience of managing your subscription directly from your device's subscription settings.
Note: Apple does not allow developers to manage subscriptions on the behalf of users so our support team cannot assist with subscriptions on iOS.
Acres Enterprise cannot be cancelled via self-service options. Please reach out to your Acres Customer Success representative or point of contact regarding non-renewal or cancellation for Acres Enterprise.
Acres Desktop (Web)
- Go directly to your subscription settings by clicking here, or click on the profile icon in the lower-left corner of your screen, then select Profile.
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- To change your subscription, select Update subscription. To cancel select Cancel subscription.
