      How do I add or remove saved comparable sales from a selection?

      Learn how to add or remove comps associated with a subject property in your portfolio.

      Navigate to Saved Land to view your portfolio.

      Click Saved in the main map menu.

      Select your subject property from the map or table. This will pull up the Price Per Acre Statistics at the top of your portfolio for that subject property and associated comps.

      Now, click Add/Edit Sales.

      This will take you to the Plat Map where you can select additional comps from the map, or you can remove comps by clicking the X next to a sale in the Selections Panel.

      To remove a sale, click X next to the sale in the selections panel.

      To save changes, click Finish Editing. If you would like to return to your portfolio dashboard without saving, click Cancel.
